You may cancel your order within two hours of placing it.
Items are prepared from Monday to Friday during office hours and delivered within 24 - 72 hours from the date of receipt of the order, depending on the country of delivery.
Shipping times and costs in Italy and Europe (except Switzerland) are as follows:

Please note that if your country is not part of the European Union, you will be liable to pay local taxes and duties on receipt of your order, for which Macondo cannot accept liability. In the event the customer rejects their order, Macondo is not liable for any return costs or customs and duties after the package returns to our warehouse, and the total cost of return will be deducted from the final refund. Packages above 500€ value are shipped with insurance to the EX-EU countries, requesting a signature upon delivery, therefore we suggest customers not to select front-door delivery as Macondo is not liable for lost packages if this service gets activated by the customer.
During sales or promotion periods, shipments may take longer. Furthermore, MACONDO STORE reserves the right to offer free shipping during certain periods of the year.
Once the order has been confirmed you will receive an email containing the Tracking Number to follow the status. For any further request or change, you can contact our Customer care.

Within 14 days of delivery, it is possible to return items purchased on Macondo store. Please note that a return shipping fee will be charged to you as well as potential customs and duties from your final refund.
To proceed with a return, Log In to your account or send an e-mail to customer@macondostore.com for approval. Our Customer Care will send you a shipping label and inform you about the return fee that will get deducted from your final refund after you ship back your order.
In case you decide to ship back your order with another courier, please make sure to inform Customer Care and share the tracking code.
According to tax regulations, it is not permissible to declare lower values or mark items as gifts. Macondo does not take responsability for lost packages shipped with labels generated by customers.
All items must be delivered in their original condition, provided with all MACONDO label tags and original packaging intact, and must never have been used.
MACONDO reserves the right to refuse any returned item if it does not meet the above requirements.
The refund will be processed within 5 business days, excluding holidays, after the return arrives to our warehouse. If the return is refused, you will be notified by e-mail within 2 working days.
